This new 2 Story Penthouse "legally zoned" vacation loft boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a King sized bed, dresser and large flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks, dual shower heads, and a large soaker tub to relax in at the end of a fun filled day of outdoor activities and adventures. The master suite has a walk in closet and an alcove area with twin bunk beds, perfect for families with small kids, or an area to lay down and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
The main level offers an open concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. The spacious main floor bedroom comes with a split King bed and once again the spectacular mountain views. The living room has a large sofa which converts to a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, an office area with a desk, and a fireplace to complete the picture.
The main floor bathroom features a beautiful tile shower with dual shower heads. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with 4 stools, which then leads into the large dining area that seats 6-7 people.
The living room has vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 4 and once again, that spectacular mountain view. There is also an office area with desk for business travellers. The suite comes with two secured parking spaces located next to the elevator in the heated underground parkade for easy access to the top floor.
We offer guests free WiFi, in-suite laundry as well as access to the all the awesome amenities which you can enjoy. These include a heated indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, water slide, kids frog slide and splash waterfall and fitness centre.
The resort offers on-site dining with a Restaurant & Bar located on the main floor of the building as well pampering opportunities with the Spa on the second floor.

This is a private penthouse suite and all guests will have full access to building and its amenities. This is a 2 floor loft style penthouse so it does have stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. On-site underground secure parking with 2 reserved parking spaces across from the elevator.
We as hosts, Jeff and Sheila, are available by email or cell phone during your stay. We aim to exceed your holiday expectations.

Minimum stay is 3 days except during holidays, holiday and summer season where 3-5 night minimum requirements may apply. Seasonal pricing and holiday pricing will apply. Please send inquiry if you are uncertain on pricing or night minimum requirements.

** Canada is turning 150 years old and to celebrate in 2017 entrance fee to all National Parks (including Banff) is FREE!! In 2018 all guests will have free access via our park pass that we will lend you.

This is your vacation and we want you to enjoy yourselves. Mi Casa es Su Casa (Our house is your house). Please respect our new penthouse suite as you would your own. Here are a few requests that we have that will make your stay more enjoyable and will keep the unit pristine for the next guests:
- No outdoor shoes in the home.
- No pets (against bylaws).
- No Smoking.
- No skis, snowboards, bikes or other large sport equipment in the unit itself (there is lock ups or you can store them in your vehicle in the secure underground parkade where we have 2 parking spaces as well)
- No excessive noise/partying
- Building quiet time is at 10PM
- Check in is after 4 PM
- Check out is before 11 AM (we are unable to accommodate late check outs due to the size and time it takes to prepare our place otherwise we will be unable to meet same day check in times for our next guests)
- Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on prior to checking out.
- Towels-please leave in bathrooms
- Recycling: Please gather up all recycling and garbage and put it in appropriate place for housekeeping to dispose of.
-Please adhere to agreed upon number of guests per unit limit.
- As owners, we will not be responsible for any damage or stolen property, vehicles, etc.
-As owners we will not be responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness or loss that may occur to any guests while staying in our unit.
-As guests you are expected to have fun "no downers"!!
