Guests have access to free covered parking, free wifi and a pool
1.A family atmosphere shall be maintained at all times. No one shall make or permit any noises that will disturb or annoy the occupants of any of the other units in Gulf View Condominiums or do or permit anything to be done which will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of others. No outside radios, stereos, or loud disturbances shall be allowed before 8:00am or after 10:00pm. Profane language shall be prohibited at all times.
2.All garbage, refuse and household trash shall be bagged and deposited in the garbage cans (dumpster) provided by the Association. Do not use the pool trashcans for unit trash disposal. If it doesn’t fit in the trash containers, it must be hauled away.
3.The maximum number of occupants, including children, in rental units is as follows: six (6) in a two-bedroom unit and eight (8) in a three-bedroom unit.
4.No rental agent shall book large groups into multiple units without approval of the Board of Directors for each instance.
5.No unit shall be rented to teenagers. If a group of teenagers is to stay in a unit, the adult who rented the unit must accompany the group.
6.No skateboard, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter, or other similar vehicle shall be allowed to be operated or stored on any stairway or walkway.
7.No charcoal grill, gas grill, or open flame shall be permitted on any balconies or walkways. Electric grills may be used.
8.No children shall “play” or run on stairways or walkways.
9.All vehicles on Association property shall be operated in a slow, quiet, safe and courteous manner at all times.
10.The sidewalks, driveways, and parking area shall not be obstructed, encumbered, or used for any purpose other than ingress and egress, and for parking.
11.Absolutely NO PARKING in fire lanes.
12.Pool hours are from 8:00am until 10:00pm.
13.Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the pool at all times
14.Responsibility for rental units rests with the owners or the owner’s rental agent, not the Gulf View Property Manager.
15.Renters, long term and short term are not allowed to have pets.
16.Owners may have pets; however, the pets must be “walked” outside of the complex fence.
17.Car washing is not allowed by owners or renters.
18.If there are complaints from other condo tenants and the police are called, renters will be evicted immediately and prior money paid will not be refunded.
*Turn icemaker on inside refrigerator when arriving and off upon departure.
*Leave air-conditioner on 78 and heat on 50 when leaving.
*Make sure all doors and windows are locked and that front storm door is shut securely when leaving.
*Do not leave any perishable food in the refrigerator upon departure.
