Described as vintage chic and cozy, my house is your house! Tucked away into a sweet neighborhood, but minutes from downtown, this is your perfect getaway location!
You'll love this lovely 2 bedroom house, 5 blocks from downtown Rockland which is full of great restaurants and artist galleries. Four blocks from the ocean, the Rockland Harbor, Farmer's Market, and parks. Five minute drive to Owls Head with a light house, beaches (including the white sandy beach, Crescent Beach), and the general store (voted best burger in Maine!). 10 minutes from Camden. Here, you're in the middle of everything!
We are right around the corner from the famous Conte's, Jess's seafood, a lovely specialty market, and a 5 minute walk to Primo. See both restaurants featured on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations here: travelchannel((website hidden))(slash)video(slash)maine

We love meeting our guests in person, but between our busy schedules, the frequency that we travel, and the various timing of guests' arrivals and departures, it's not always possible. However, we are always at our phones so that we can respond promptly to texts, calls, emails, or Airbnb messages. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. In the apartment, we provide a welcome booklet with helpful information as well as a list of our local recommendations.
Please make sure to read your itinerary and welcome booklet inside the apartment. Sometimes there are important updates in there.
Before checkout, please be sure to clean up after yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition it was found. This especially includes doing your dishes. If you move furniture, please put it back. Please make sure to check out on time- our cleaning person will be arriving to clean immediately after check out to prepare for the next guests.
I take care of the heavy cleaning, such as cleaning the sheets, taking out the trash, deep cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming, etc.
This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by not being noisy and/or rowdy.
The deposit covers: lost key, damages, and missing items.
Thanks so much for your help!
Scott is a computer technician and Nicole is a photographer and videographer. We live in Maine, Spain and Rhode Island (lucky us, huh?!). Scott's business is based in Providence; Rockland is our favorite place to be in the summer; and Orgiva is our second home where we escape the harsh New England winters-- so we are well rounded!
We love eating healthy & nourishing food, having philosophical conversations, and taking journeys inward, on our spiritual path. The areas we choose to live in have an emphasis on quality of life, with priorities around relationships and inner growth, and less about material wealth.
We love the mid-coast and the Alpuharras and enjoy the opportunity to share the areas and our homes with people from all over the world. Though we have multiple listings, each of our houses are homes that we live in, so they have a comfy and homey feeling.
We love to travel ourselves, so we treat our guests as we would want to be treated- like locals! We love to give recommendations- so don't be shy to ask!
