Very sunny room in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 33rd floor of Historic luxury apartment building. The room has very high ceilings and two 6' windows with a view of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty. Room furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and large desk for working. Full length mirror and empty closet are open for guests use. Building has fully equipped gym and scenic roof terrace to enjoy the sunsets. Convenient distance to shopping in Tribeca, Soho and West Village.
Apartment is shared by 2 lovely young professional women. Usually (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) are out of town as well, so often Airbnb guests have the place to themselves :) Fully stocked kitchen for guests use as well as shared bathroom and communal living room with large couch. Quietly located on the 33rd floor the room has stunning views and is high above any noise of the city. It's a great little oasis to recharge from the bustle of New York.
Building has expansive roof terrace overlooking Battery Park and the Hudson River with great views of the World Trade Center and Statue of Liberty. Roof has lounge chairs and tables and is great for catching some sun or having a picnic.
Guest also have access to a full gym in the building. Gym is equipped with, treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, and full range of weight machines and free weights.
There is a Laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers down the hallway which is available for guest use if desired. Laundry detergent is available for use.
I will be out of town during guests stay but am always available by phone and email. I will be there to greet guests and hand over the apartment keys. I am happy to help provide any tips and information regarding transportation, sight seeing and restaurants if guest desires!
Please clean up after yourself and respect other house mates. Please keep noise down between 11pm-7am. No smoking in apartment. No pets please. Female guests preferred.
I work as a designer for an artistic womenswear company in New York City. I previously studied Apparel Design at the Rhode Island School of Design and currently I live in Downtown New York City since 2014.
