Situated a 25 minute walk from the City Centre and Temple Meads station, my flat is just a few doors down from a friendly gastro-pub, 'The Victoria Park', and just around the corner from the pub's namesake; the Victoria Park, complete with table tennis, rose garden, and open-air cafe to enjoy a bacon sandwich and coffee!
This friendly neighbourhood is a good place to lay down your anchor, close to the action, but a little haven at the end of the day with a comfy bed to rest your head.
Guests have access to the entire flat.
Please note there are approximately 10 steep steps up to the front entrance to the property and as part of an old Victorian terrace I regret there is no disabled access.
Whilst there are two TVs in the property, the aerial is currently out of action. However, one has Chromecast fitted so you are welcome cast TV from your phone via the app, and the other has an Amazon Firestick which streams iPlayer etc including live tv and Amazon Prime. You are also welcome to use the DVD player in the living room (there are few DVDs in the TV cabinet).
- Please be considerate of the flats above and below you
- Please ensure that the external door is locked as you come and go, as there is a shared entrance way.
- No noise after 10pm
