I've lived in Edinburgh for approximately 25 years now with my husband and 3 children. My eldest son lived in the flat whilst he was at University; it was very much a home away from home.
I love living in Edinburgh it's vibrant, compact and there are lots to do depending on your mood, the weather and time of year. I enjoy visiting the Botanic gardens especially in the Spring when the rhododendrons are blooming. I also like eating out as Edinburgh has so many great restaurants on offer; my two favourites are Castle Terrace (fine dining) and Dusit Thai.
I work part time as a nursery nurse and I have a small cooking business where I cook delicious dinners to last a week at a time in people’s homes; my clients all say it rivals restaurant quality. If you have any interest in this while staying in my apartment then we can come to a suitable arrangement.
When I have time to go on holiday it’s usually to Spain; my husband and I love Ibiza. When holidaying we usually book self-catering apartments, but are sometimes disappointed with the standards of cleanliness, homeliness and tidiness. I want to provide a space where you can relax, feel comfortable knowing that you don't have to clean the toilet before you sit on it! We are also almost always disappointed by having to buy basics which could easily be provided – so I do this to make your stay easier.
