1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
3. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, kettle and a Keurig coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets under any circumstances.
5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. In case you are arriving late, it’s not a problem -- as it’s self check in, you can come at any time as long as it’s after 4:00pm.
6. Is an early check-in possible? We don’t allow earlier check-ins as we do need time to prepare the house before your arrival.
7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking a private bedroom inside a shared house. We do have other 4 rooms in the house that are also rented to other Airbnb guests, so there will be other people in the house during your stay. Common facilities, such as bathrooms, kitchen, living, and dining room are all shared.
8. How many bathrooms are in the unit? 2 bathrooms.
9. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 500+Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
10. Do you offer laundry? No, You can find a Laundromat just 2.1 miles away from the house at Columbus Laundry Company . Once you have booked and if you need the location, We can share it with you.
11. How does the parking work?
There is plentiful free street parking along E Rich St.
12. Is my room safe? - Absolutely, your room will have a door lock keypad with a unique code so you can close and lock it when you leave or while you’re in the room. If you need anything, we’re just a message away.

Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation.
- PARKING -
There is plentiful free street parking along E Rich St. and neighboring streets. Please just pay attention to any non-parking signs in the area and avoid that spot.
