My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. There is always a great weekend to be had in Breckenridge. This condo is in the Village of Breckenridge, The Peak 9 Inn. Steps from the Peak 9 Lift and resort style atmosphere. Walk out the front door and your on main street, restaurants and bars abound. We have heated garage parking by reservation only but not guaranteed ($20/day during ski season starting 11/11/2016) so no cleaning off the car from snow. You must pay separately if you need parking.
Full use of the property, no car needed, we are on one of the main streets and you can quickly walk to anyplace in town. Parking is minimal. If you must have a car, a parking pass is $20 per day (only during Ski Season No Refunds). Free parking any other time of year with reservation only. Free ski check at the front desk, no skis allowed in the room.
I am not on site and this is a hotel style condo. Front desk will not help because we do not use them to rent, we use Airbnb. Always call me if you have any questions or needs.
This is a resort Condo but you cannot use the front desk services, except the FREE ski check service and directions.
Parking during the ski season is NOT included in the price of your stay. After booking you need to request a parking reservation within 24 hours. If no parking is available we can make other arrangements. Parking is not guaranteed and cost $20 per day and ends at 11am. If during your stay you present the parking pass to the garage door with out a reservation you will be charged $20 for each card presentation. Shuttles are recommended from Denver to Village at Breckenridge during the ski season. Lost parking pass will result in a total loss of deposit. Lock outs will be charged $75 for house keeping to issue new key and to drive down to location.
DO NOT use the front desk or ask anything but directions. They are a local vacation rental company NOT Airbnb who you are actually using for this rental. They will provide overnight ski storage only.

HOA has written in bylaws renters are not allowed to bring pets. If pets are in the condo you will be asked to leave without refund by property manager. The cleaning crew will dust, vacuum, make beds and wipe down all counters and bathroom. Put all used towels and sheets on the floor when you leave. Do not leave food in the refrigerator, take it with you or put in the trash. Make sure to turn down the thermostats to 60 degrees when you leave.
We have several neighbors living on site so no party noises after 9pm. Breckenridge has plenty of places for late night parties, the condo is not a good choice. Please respect our home as if it was your own, but please have a great time and enjoy all of what the Rocky Mountains have to offer. We appreciate that you picked our home to use for your vacation.
