It is a cozy studio located in a former monastery with a beautiful cloister and inner garden. With this peculiarity is very peaceful and quiet. It is equipped with a new and comfortable sofa that easily converts into a large double bed with clean sheets and pillows, a thirty-two-inch HD TV and a table with three chairs.
There is a kitchenette with wave, refrigerator and all the necessary to cook and eat (pots, dishes, etc..) and basic foods (pasta, rice, oil, coffee, tea, etc..).
The bathroom has a shower, dryer and clean towels.
You can park for free.
The neighborhood is very quiet and livable, but with different services available. Indeed, there are restaurants, bars, a cinema and shops. They are also the following museums within a 3-minute walk:

The bus stop is very close to the house.
However we should not forget that Lecco is a town of modest size and walking in 10 minutes you can reach the city center where there is also the train station and the lake.
The Lake Como is one of the most beautiful areas in Italy. This pre-alpine lake surrounded by a crown of mountains with peaks up to 2700 m high, is not only spectacular but rich in history and tradition. The lake is perfect for active as well as relaxing holidays. Splendid 17th century villas with their lovely gardens, antique Romanesque churches, old connection trails, mountain tops with a superb view of the lake, and lots of sport facilities await you.
By boat you can enjoy the view of the shores dotted with small towns of rare beauty, by bus or car you can discover the valleys with their rural settlements and small churches and by foot or mountain bike you explore the many trails around the lake.
Lecco can be easily reached by car from the main towns in Lombardy and from the neighbouring Switzerland.
From Milan (50 km) SS36 Nuova Valsassina, a fast road (superstrada) connects Milan with Lecco within 1 hour
From Como (30 km). You follow the state roads 342, 639 and 36 and reach Lecco in 45 minutes.
From Bergamo (35 km) le state roads 342 and 639 lead to Lecco in 50 minutes
From Sondrio (80 km) follow the state road SS 38 as far as the junction Fuentes and from there the state road SS 36 to Lecco.
It 'also easily accessible by train:
from Milan Central station train line Milan – Sondrio – Tirano. travel time 30 minutes
from Milano Porto Garibaldi travel time 1 hour
from Bergamo travel time 40 minutes.
You can visit the whole area using public transport such as the historic boats that sail the waters of Lake Como to the most famous tourist destinations and buses that take you to wonderful little villages on the mountainside and fascinating valleys that are home to ancient local crafts and trades.
There are also some truly unusual methods of transport, like the Funicular Railway from Como to Brunate or the numerous cableways in Lecco.
