A truly lovely and unique 2 bdrm apartment offering a relaxing stay at a classically renovated flat, tastefully decorated with antiques alongside all the comforts of a modern house: A/C, wifi, cable TV and a great kitchen! 10 minutes walk from the beach, Dizengof street and endless commute options.
This is a classic "Old North" ("Tzafon Yashan") flat which has been renovated to fit a relaxed easy-going life-style. The living-room with its open-plan stylish kitchen overlooks a small local park, the rooms are nice-sized and the bathroom is really cool... The apartment comfortably sleeps five - there are two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds in both rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom contains another double bed and an additional single bed. In this bedroom you'll also find an extra TV set. The living-room sofa is also an option for an additional bed if there are six of you...
Each room also has it's separate a/c unit.
If you like cooking you'll be happy to discover a kitchen equipped with an oven, a fine range, pots, pans and beautiful serving dishes for fine dinning.
Perfectly located within walking distance from Tel-Aviv's favorite spots: Hilton beach and Independence Park, TLV Marina and Gordon Salt-Water pool, TLV Port, the quaint Bazel shopping compound, City Hall area with its busy surrounding, the lovely Yarkon Park and endless coffee-shops and restaurants. Just around the block you'll find an artisan bakery, a pharmacy, a big supermarket, a health food store, a gym and two local coffee-shops where you too can become a regular client after a couple of morning coffees... right around the corner you'll find buss lines that can take you anywhere you want in the city including to Tel-Aviv's biggest transit hub where trains and busses await to take you to other destinations in Israel (if you can bring yourself to leave Tel Aviv, that is...) If you're interested in Tel Aviv's art scene, the newly renovated Tel Aviv museum, the Israeli Opera house, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra hall as well as several galleries all await to be explored and are located not far from the apartment.
You are our guests and the entire apartment is for you to enjoy. You are welcome to use all kitchen equipment including the entire pantry and refrigerator supplies, a juicer, coffee makers of various kinds and sizes, spices, dishes etc. You are welcome to use towels and linen as well as bath products. Enjoy the apartment's mostly jazz CD collection, books (if you read Hebrew...) and, well -- all of it! We'd like you to feel as if it's your own home away from home. We only ask of you to be respectful of the unique antique pieces you might see around the house and enjoy their beauty without moving them around...
I will be happy to assist you with anything you might need -- don't hesitate to contact me with any question. I'll be more than happy to recommend restaurants, places to go and ideas to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I will be there to meet you and give you a tour of the place, and then leave you to enjoy your stay. I'm a phone call away for any questions or problems you might have and be happy to assist in any way that I can..!
