Comfortable home in established neighborhood. Remodeled in 2010, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Queen size beds, Cable TV in master and living room. Great back deck overlooking gardens. Elevator should you need it, Detached garage.
Washer/Dryer & ironing board. Hair dryer, umbrellas.
Easy access to downtown & TCU.
Neighborhood is one of the first established areas in Fort Worth.
Tree lined street & sidewalks. About a mile to the Magnolia Street/Southside Fort Worth area, which is full of restaurants, bar, night life. Biking is poplular in area and now Fort Worth has rentable bike transportation.
Neighbors are very friendly and if you're lucky you can hear Van Cliburn concert pianist practicing in nearby apartment.
Guest have use of one spot in covered garage.
Elevator at your disposal. Be sure to unlock elevator exterior door downstairs before using elevator.
If you need anything, just ask. From local places, to a ride somewhere.
If I'm in town glad to help. Otherwise, I'll leave you to your own devices.
If parking on the street, please don't leave anything in car that shows.

PLEASE, no smoking inside. On the back deck is fine. Treat apartment with kindness and the art as if in a museum. The art is from well respected locals and comes to the apartment with love. Keep elevator door closed, so it doesn't sound alarm. Respect quietness of neighborhood, no loud music or parties please.Check in by 3pm, Check out by noon. Alternative times upon request.
