Our home is close to the 60th Avenue MAX light rail station, several bus lines, bike paths, and grocery stores. You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed and easy access to any part of town by rail, bus, bike, or car. We offer a full size bed, so our place is great for solo adventurers, and business travelers. Couples are also more than welcome.
We adore midcentury style and have kept much of the cool 50s features of our home intact. We just finished a gorgeous renovation of the bathroom with ceramic tile floors, concrete counter, a huge mirror and great lighting.
The kitchen is great for cooks, with all the tools you need, and we're happy to share the space with guests.
We have a gorgeous, newly renovated bathroom which we share with guests, an excellent kitchen for cooks, and a lovely covered patio in back. We have a spacious living/dining room with plenty of room for lounging or deskwork in the shared area or in the bedroom.
We love to help guests find fun things to do, great restaurants, and outdoor adventures during their stay. We're available by phone or text if you have any questions. We also know that for some, quiet time for work or rest is best. You can let us know about your needs and we're happy to accommodate.

I am a scientist and my wife, Erica, is an artist. We live in Portland, Oregon, USA.
We enjoy exploring both wilderness and cities. We love good music, delicious food and drinks, and meeting new people. We are very respectful travelers and guests. We strongly believe in leaving no trace, whether we are camping in the wilderness or staying in a guest room or house. In general, we are adventurous, fun-loving, and easy going.
