Silvia's apartment is even better than the photos suggest, and the hosts were absolutely lovely to deal with. Everything was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing is that I wouldn't recommend it for people who are at all mobility challenged because the walk into town, while only 10 minutes or so, is downhill via many steps (and then back uphill), which isn't apparent when looking at (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)maps. The street is very quiet and safe, but the neighborhood is on the opposite side of the main train station/ center of town from a giant roadworks and highway project, which can be a little tricky to navigate until you know the way. If you're coming from the station, definitely take a taxi the first time instead of trying to walk. None of these things were issues for me as I love to walk, but just a head's up in case someone isn't as physically active!
