You’ll love this rustic cottage w/all its coziness. The unit sits on the back side of my property. You will go through the white screen door, walk down a breezeway to your private pad. It has a studio kitchen, a nice size bathroom/shower made out of ruff corrugated tin and cement natural stepping stones. It has a double size comfy bed. A small private outside sitting area. This cottage is great for solo adventurers, business travelers and couples.
Due to insurance no inside party's and no one allowed on the property that is not registered as a guest with The Mayan Home.
Please be mindful of waste. Especially with water waste and with leaving lights on when not home. If your NOT using OR if your leaving the premises please turn all your lights off.
There is a SLO county TOT tax that is mandatory for hosts in our area to collect and pay. It is 12% and is due upon arrival. If not paid a resolution will be opened through airbnb who will automatically round up the dollar amount showing an increase due.
If check out time is not by 11am there is a 25.00 charge. If you may need more time please inform me. If not housekeeping will be arriving a few minutes after 11am on check out date.
Please note that due to the severe Ca drought we are limited on our water usage, so unfortunately the front yard grass shown is now being landscaped with bricks and rr ties. I do apologize but I do believe you will understand this very serious water importance.
I was born in 1963 and come from a large family. My greatest gifts and accomplishments are my 3 grown children and my 3 grandchildren, who are adorable inside and out, but what grandparent thinks not the same. I love art and unique, different items. I really like to refurbish and reuse, finding treasures which most of my home has been decorated by. I believe in my duty of recycling and composting and that brings me to my love of gardening. I am very eco friendly and dislike waste. I find all kinds of people interesting and like to learn about the area that they are from. My passion is for the love of travel, and that is where I find so much fulfillment. I have always enjoyed cooking and like to taste different foods, but I truly prefer the organic vegetarian lifestyle. I have owned 2 different restaurants and for over 7 years have had a small retail Hemp store here in Pismo Beach. In my free time I put together vacation packages. Most importantly I believe in God and believe in sweet love. I find the ocean here mesmerizing and therapeutic. I enjoy good laughter and sometimes tend to be silly. I like to live in peace and try to live a simple life which is hard to accomplish at times. I have placed my home to rent on airbnb, mainly to share it with you and secondly to help with the much needed upkeep of this historic Mayan home.
I'll end my description with this:
If we could all forgive I believe all the hate in the world would be gone.
