I have spent the last year renovating this beautiful 1900's terraced house, so you can be sure of a lovely restful stay. The house is a 5-min cycle to the city centre or train station (a 15 min walk). We're surrounded by fantastic places to eat too.
Quiet room overlooking the 70ft garden. The room has been recently renovated and has a brand new bed, wardrobe and sink. I have bought the room lovely new Christy bedding and new thick curtains (in case you want a lie in, it's a sunny room!).
Please feel free to use the garden.
The bathroom is shared, but only with me so it is kept very clean and tidy for you.
There is a kettle in the kitchen you're welcome to use, however, I would prefer guests didn't use the kitchen to cook. There are lots of lovely places to eat a minute's walk away.
I will be available throughout your stay.
Breakfast is available at £5 if required. It will be fresh that morning from Norfolk Street Bakery which opens at 7:30am. Fresh bread, butter, jam, pastries (if available that day) and a pot of tea.
There are two cats in this house, one is very nervous, the other very cheeky. By booking this room you accept the presence of these animals and agree to treat them with care and respect. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if there is any concern that the guest may not respect animals.
If you do not like cat hair please ensure your bedroom door is kept closed as they will take any opportunity to jump on the bed!
Washing service available - £5 per load washed and hung out to dry.
No ironing service - sorry.
No smoking: either inside or in the garden.
This is a quiet house, please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Respect the cats.
