Our online house manual, is like a travel or a recipe book or a dictionary. If you don't need a section or a recipe, you just don't have to read it. You read what you wish to read as not all the 53 sections concern the studio where you stayed. You could satisfy yourself with just 1 page: The one with how the hot water/Ac work... And maybe the one for directions and map, and one for the transportation you can take to reach us. The rest concern our other listings and advices like: security, what to visit, what to eat, shop... we made our house manual like a Delhi guide. /// We were kind enough to change your booking dates when we have no obligation to do it. We gave you one night free when we had no obligation to do it, specially when we see your review. (When you don't like a restaurant food, why taking the free desert?) Opportunism? ///
You are not using, as a host, Airbnb since 4 years to know that giving a detailed house manual directly via Airbnb makes is very difficult to read. That is why our manual is given outside in a more readable way, with a search engine and keywords. //
You kept complaining that we have not clarified this or that information to you. All is in the house manual. (From how to open the door to where to iron your clothes...) It is a complete guide, take what you wish from, so we don't hear complain that an information is missing.
When a person has no access to internet via a phone or computer, we are always happy to send some part of the manual by email, which we did for you.
We could not send you all the sections as we don't know what you really need. Most of the travelers are very independent and resourceful so they don't need to know a lot. When they need help, the traveler needs to ask us and we will be happy to reply. /// Since we can't be in Nizamuddin East 365 days a year, (we have a life, work and also travel), obviously, we have to be several co-hosts to make sure someone is always present for the traveler. I don't manage anything, Sid, Kelly, Prachi, me and Brampal are all the co-hosts and all our travelers have met one or more of us.
And all have access to the communication you had with us.
Constructions happen all around India and it is not something permanent. Works are almost over.
Sorry, if you were not able to identify what to read in the house manual despite the clear INDEX we set up. We will work more on it. At the end, we will be happy to add your case as the 11th worst traveler and will be more careful to avoid such profile. We are not a newbie hosts and most of the travelers are happy with our efforts in setting an exhaustive house manual to help the traveler. // All this is just to make the Delhi experience easy for travelers often having lot of questions and worries coming in a new city/country. I, Ben, also experienced this 8 years ago when I landed first time in Delhi. And I would have loved to have a host welcoming me with a lot of advises to not be lost.
