We are very sorry we did not meet your expectations this time round. Regarding the issues:
- we have immediately sent our electrician to inspect the plugs in the apartment , although no technical issue was identified, we have exchanged the hairdryer
- as part of our friendly service, we allowed the previous guests (family with small baby) to store their luggage in the apartment after check out and although they were instructed not to use the apartment after it has been cleaned, it seems they did. It is of course our fault we haven't noticed; we revised our check out policy so we prevent this in the future
- We provide unlimited coffee (grounded and instant), tea + other basics and limited amount of Nespresso capsules. In this particular case Denisa brought you a full box of Nespresso capsules after your request. We actually do not provide laundry detergent.
- While we try to be flexible with late check out, we cannot always guarantee late check out. We guarantee though to answer all the messages received before 6 pm each day, otherwise guests can contact us on emergency number when needed.
- Regarding the price of taxi, you mentioned you paid 15 Euro with Talixo, this was for economy class car. Business car class (which is our driver’s category) costs with Talixo 27 Euro. So it is actually more expensive, but of course it is another transport option.
