All commodities nearby. Bakery just outside the building. Supermarkets in the next street. It is close to Montmartre (a few bus stops) and close to the Champs Elysées (métro Champs Elysées Clémenceau Ligne 13) and close to the Arc de Triomphe (direct bus : 31).
If you need a bit of nature, you are 5 minutes walk to Parc Martin Luther King and Square des Batignolles.
It's fully furnished with :

The appartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator but the stairs are easy), the building has a digital code, the bed room is extremely quiet and sunny.
