* The bed linen and bath towels are provided free.
* For extra bed linen and bedding will be charged the following amounts:
- Sheet Double: US$ 5,50
- Sheet Set Single: US$ 4.00
- Towel Bath: US$ 4,20
- Face Towel: US$ 2,10

Emergencies and check in/out in particular situations:
* US$ 28,00 from Monday to Friday between 9:30 pm and 00:00 pm;
* US$ 43.00 from Monday to Friday between 00:01 am and 08:00 am;
* US$ 28,00 on weekends and holidays between 8:31 am and 6 pm;
* US$ 37.00 on weekends and holidays between 6:01 pm and 00:00 pm;
* US$ 47.00 on weekends and holidays between 00:01 am and 08:30 am;

* The leased property will be cleaned before the arrival of each tenant;
* The tenant must leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, otherwise afford a cleaning supplement of US$ 58,00
* Should be told the number of people who will occupy the leased property
