This is a 1,200 sqft 2 bedroom apartment with 2 stories. It's located right in the middle of NW Portland, 23rd st, Pearl district, and downtown. Pretty much everything you'll need is in walking distance! It receives great sun because it's South facing and also has AC units in ONE bedroom and one in the central living space which is rare for portland.
This a very spacious space. The place is south facing so you get great light when it's sunny out. It's also facing a low traffic side street so traffic noise is minimal for being in a city. I just added a bunk bed to one of the bedrooms so my place can now sleep 9.
Feel free to call or text if you need anything or have any questions
I usually have guest parking passes for $5/day per vehicle. Sometimes I run out so best to let me know in advance if you need them. Guest passes are for Zone M marked areas which are located north of the unit (burnside). Parking can be a challenge at times since you will be downtown. I also park behind the US bank building (just south of the unit) in the zone A designated areas and have never had any issues with parking tickets but the zone M passes don't work there so park at your own risk. You can do the 1 hour parking in front of the building anytime for free.
If you don't want to use parking passes, there are also metered parking areas north of the unit that needs to be paid for from 8am to 7pm. There is a Parking garage a block west of the unit as well.
Make sure to read the street signs carefully before parking.
The Tri-met light rail will take you from the airport to practically the footsteps of the place.
When you check out it please take the trash out (drop off outside front of building) and start a load of laundry.
No loud music. Walls are thin so please be respectful of the neighbors.
No shoes in the house.
Upon check out, put the keys back in the lockbox outside. You can leave the extra sets inside. Lost keys will result is a $30 charge for each set.
