East Surf is owned by Sudu, Arugam Bay born and bred; he is an expert fisherman, and LOVES the jungle. His perfect night out is in the wild, listening to the sounds of nature and watching wildlife. Back at the guest house, he will make you the perfect fish curry or grilled fish. Sudu's wife, Raffaella, manages the guesthouse and is half italian-half dutch, with a British upbringing. Passionate about photography and art in general, Raffaella has a new magazine out and sells pretty postcards too. Giada is the new member of the management team. Born in August 2014, her hobbies are sleeping, climbing tables.
They live in Arugam Bay all year round.
