This spectacular vacation house with cathedral ceilings and a modern feel lets you know you are on vacation from the moment you enter the lovely kitchen with the stunning view through the wall of glass that leads to the expansive deck overlooking the dunes and the Atlantic.
What sets this house apart is that it feels so private, and yet it is close to everything that makes this Moshup's Trail location one of the most beautiful spots on Martha's Vineyard.
You can walk to Philbin Beach, the light house, shops, restaurant and the red cliffs of Aquinnah (formally known as Gay Head), then come home, kick back and enjoy the roomy decks that surround the house allowing sun lovers to bask, and shade lovers some cool respite.
Go to sleep and wake up to nature's idea of silence, surf and seagulls!
This Martha's Vineyard island get away home has everything you need for a memorable holiday.
Why?: Because you need a break! This house takes away the stress of our busy lives. It is simple and clutter free and it just works. For family and all the business that entails, and for couples and the romance that can be hard to find in our day to day routines.
When?: Book early!
One if the things that keeps the Vineyard as special as it is is also the thing that all Vineyard vacationers turn to drink over... The Ferry!!!
They used to have a stand by service on the weekends, but now that is gone. You must book a ferry even if the date is not the right date because you can get on a waiting list ONLY if you have a reservation.
Remember the difficulty is why the Vineyard stays so nice and is SO awesome to spend your holiday on!!
How?: Contact the Irreras...

Hi, Thank you for viewing our listing. My husband David and I have been living on the property for 25 years and our farmhouse is a work in progress.
The Beach Loft is a fun way to share our beautiful neighborhood with family and visitors. I am a web designer and fine artist and have recently returned to school full time for a degree in Computer Information Services. So if you need a Web Site and want to learn to build one, a vacation in the Loft could be the perfect write off! My husband David is a musician and a residential home builder and finish carpenter. In his spare time he excels at traditional archery and there is a small target area on the property.
We have 2 sons and a happy Jack Russell Terrier. The oldest son is having adventures after college and our youngest is currently a student and working with his dad summers.
