The building is accessed via a security controlled front door and the apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator or stair access.
The apartment is entered via a spacious hallway and all of our rooms are extremely well proportioned, with double-height ceilings and tall windows. The lounge has a large sofa and two easy-chairs as well as a dining table + four chairs. Widescreen digital (cable) TV, DVD and HiFi system are available for your entertainment. Free Internet and WiFi access is available for guests.
The bedrooms are impressive and very tastefully decorated with furniture of the highest quality. Bedroom 1 has two twin-beds, Bedroom 2 a king-size bed. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling feature French doors and external balconies.
The bright, contemporary kitchen is fully integrated, with top of the range appliances and all the accessories you could need for dining at home.
The modern bathroom, including bath and shower over, completes the accommodation.
There is limited (chargeable) on-street parking outside the building as well as several public car-parks very near-by.
Check-in is from 14.00 on the day of arrival; check-out is by 10.00. (With prior agreement and depending upon availability we will always try to be flexible re these times). We will meet you at the property to give you keys, show you around and offer any advice we can.
We also provide a courtesy "welcome hamper" (containing bread, cereals, milk, tea & coffee) - sufficient for a light breakfast. (For more comprehensive provisions, the nearest supermarket is one block away).
West George Street apartment (and all public areas in the building) is STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
Guests who smoke OR permit smoking in the apartment will forfeit the £ 100 Security Deposit.
We also require guests to abide by our Maximum Occupancy (4 people) Policy.
