Spectacular and luxurious, this Colonial Home is now available - for the first time - as a vacation home rental ($2,250 monthly - which is just $75 a night!). It has two master suites, two outside gardens, volcano views and access to a pool/gym and it is walking distance to Antigua!
We prefer to rent this home by the MONTH, but we will consider requests for 2 weeks or more. For reservations less than a month, the nightly rate is $100.
This rental is for the entire home, with access to the gated community's local gym and pool for a slight additional cost.
Guests can call upon the house manager, George, as needed... and it should be noted that George also has a full service travel agency if you have other travel needs while in Guatemala - airport shuttles, excursions to Tikal, Lake Atitlan, etc...
All guests are expected to treat the house with respect - as if the house were their own. No loud parties and no pets, an smoking OUTside only. The house is not 'child proofed' so if you have children, the preferred age is 10 or older.
Ten years ago I packed my bags and bid farewell to NYC and a successful 20 year business career. After a relatively short flight, I arrived in Guatemala where I happily united with several close friends that had just moved to Guatemala. Today Antigua, Guatemala is my home and I have never looked back. I love my life here, and I want to do what I can to share this special place with other adventurers interested in traveling to Guatemala.
Currently I rent 15 homes here in Antigua, Guatemala. One of the homes is a large, authentic Colonial Home that sleeps 7 and is just 2 blocks from Antigua's Central Park. I also rent a beautiful Garden Home that sleeps four and a lovely, modern Colonial Home that sleeps 3 - these two homes are just 6 blocks from Antigua's Central Park. All of the homes I rent can be found here on AirBnB.
ALSO - since I have a Travel Agency here (George's Travel Club of Guatemala) I assist my guests in ALL aspects of their visit here... airport transfers, Tikal & Lake excursions and more... just ask, I am happy to help.
Happy Travels, George
