One bedroom condominiums have one king bed, a queen sofa bed, one bathroom with tub, a private lanai with a garden OR ocean view, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Garden view is standard. May be upgraded to Ocean view when available.

I- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00PM on the day Guest's reservation begins. Upon arrival, Guest will be given the room key(s) from the concierge and pay the deposit ($100).
Check-out is 10:00AM on the day Guest's reservation ends. Guest will be billed for any resort services which are due, such as room services, hawaii tax, etc.
II - USE AND ENJOYMENT OF CONDO AND RESORT
Accommodations: The information in the AirBNB listing is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. Every effort has been made to assure accurate descriptions. Condo is privately owned and reflects the taste of resort. Changes in inventory or items and/or decor occur from time to time, and such changes will not void or alter the terms of this contract. Owner will not be held responsible for noise or any resort amenities that are closed for maintenance purposes.
Community rules: Guest must abide by the Kauai Beach Resort at the Beachboy community rules.
Security of Condo and Equipment: Guest assumes full responsibility for Condo's contents, as well as Guest's personal property. Always lock the doors when you leave. Any use of rented equipment by the Guest's is strictly at Guest's own risk, liability and could cause Guest to incur additional expenses.
Minimum Age: Guest must be 18 years or older to book Condo.
Occupancy: The number of guests allowed is four. No additional guests are allowed to occupy the Condo. Any use of the condo for other than strictly family vacation purposes may result in the termination of this contract and eviction from the premises.
Internet: Complimentary wireless Internet access is available.
Cleaning: Condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. The cleaning fee is paid by Guest. Excessive check-out cleaning, if necessary, will be charged to Guest's credit card.
In-room safe: A safe is provided for Guest. Owner is not responsible for Guest's loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.
Taxes: Daily rental rates subject to Hawaii State Taxes of GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.16% & TAT (Hotel Tax) of 9.25%. (One bedroom tax can range from $6.15 - $7.49 per night).
Smoking: Condo is designated as non-smoking. Violation of this policy may result in a fine/charge by the resort.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
III - HOLD HARMLESS
The resort makes every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. In the event of a breakdown the resort will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified. Owner cannot guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, high speed access, etc. will not break down during Guest's stay and therefore, no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. Furthermore, there will be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond Owner's control such as bugs, rodents, roosters, frogs, or weather.
THIS CONTRACT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL RESORT COMMUNITY RULES, SERVES AS THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. GUEST HEREBY WAIVES AND RELEASES ANY CLAIMS AGAINST OWNER, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICIALLY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INJURIES OR DEATH THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY GUEST ON OR NEAR OR ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE FACILITIES. GUEST AGREES TO USE THE FACILITIES ENTIRELY AT THE GUEST'S OWN INITIATIVE, RISK, AND RESPONSIBILITY. GUEST AGREES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS CONTRACT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
