CUSTOM VENICE ARTWORK: A world-renonwned Venice graffiti artist was specially commissioned to graffiti the stairwell walls with positive vibrant messages and one-of-a-kind colorful imagery.

No young people. No bachelor or bachelorette gatherings. This is quieter neighborhood of Venice.
We ask that you treat the property as your home and help maintain it for other guests to enjoy.
1.Smoking is allowed outside only.
2.Pets are NOT allowed.
3.People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Airbnb guest.
4.The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or while using amenities such as bicycles. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6.When using amenities such as bicycles, the Airbnb Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and use at own risk. Bicycles must be locked at all times. Loss of these amenities will result in the full replacement by the Guests.
7.If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, guest shall inform homeowner immediately.
8.Only use appliances for their intended purposes.
9.Guests should occupy beds and not use sofas for overnight or overflow sleeping purposes.
10.Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the designated tandem row. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
11.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. For stays of 7 days or more, once a week housekeeping services are provided in the rental rate. If the guest wishes to schedule additional housekeeping, arrangements can be made with the homeowner at an additional fee.
12.The firepits use propane gas. Please make sure firepits are not left unattended and are turned off after use. Do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the firepits.
13.The roofdeck and courtyard have curfews of 10pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, and 12am midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings.
14.No more than 6 persons are allowed on the roofdeck at any time.
15.Unattended children are NOT permitted on the roofdeck.
16.Noise should be kept low to respect other homeowners in the area. No loud music or late night gatherings permitted.
17.Private events or social gatherings that exceed the rental party should be approved by the homeowner in advance.
18. Checkin is between 4-6pm. Checkout is 11am.
