A minute's walk, at Kirochnaya street, routes can be found in a variety of buses and taxis that can take You anywhere in the city, and of course, in the historic center with all the museums, sights and attractions. Near the apartment there are various restaurants, cafes and shops. When you check in You will be provided with detailed map with recommendations about the best leisure and shopping. Also, by prior arrangement, a transfer service from the airport can be provided.

On the day of settlement, the tenant will be required to pay a security Deposit and a valid credit card as guarantee for the apartment and its contents from any material damage. Any material damage caused by him or his accompanying persons, will be calculated from his security Deposit and the tenant will be responsible for any financial losses or property damage. A damage Deposit of 8,000 rubles is paid on the day of settlement. Security Deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. Please read the email confirming the reservation for a more convenient selection of payment.
Security deposits paid in cash are returned in full volume on the day of departure and after inspection of the apartment.
Credit card: security deposits paid by credit card will be refunded within 4-7 days from the date of departure and after inspection of the apartment.
Check in and check out
Please ensure that You have provided us with the exact time of arrival so we can ensure Your comfortable check in and keep us informed of any changes and delays.
Your Manager will have all Your contact details: phone number and email address in case we need to contact You regarding Your time of arrival. You can also send this information by e-mail: spb-(email hidden), or phone ((phone number hidden)).
The letter will indicate where You should meet Your contact person on the day of settlement.
Day of arrival
Please contact by phone with the Manager gives You immediately after landing at the airport, or one hour prior to arrival, in case of other mode of transport:
• if You requested a transfer, the contact person will meet You at the airport
• or our representative will meet You at the apartment, give You keys, as well as further information about the stay
The apartments are available from 16:00 but we always try to meet customers at an earlier arrival, so it is very important that You provide us with an accurate arrival time.Otherwise, You will have to wait for Your check in time will be later.
Please remember! Your check-in time from 16.00 to 20.00 (local time). If You move in after 20.00, we charge additional fees in the amount of 2000 rubles.
The day of the eviction
The eviction from the property until 11:00 (local time). Unspecified eviction after 11:00 will be subject to a fine.
If You need a late check out, please specify this with Your Manager during registration. We will try to help You if the next day we will not have early universe. If necessary, there is a late check out until 18:00, which is subject to additional payment of 50% of the price of the apartment per day. Eviction after 18:00 is charged a cost per night.
Before leaving, You must leave the apartment clean and tidy. Please leave the keys on the table and before you shut the door make sure that all personal belongings with You.

Cleaning of the apartment
The apartments are cleaned before arrival.
Before the eviction, the guest undertakes to leave the apartment in clean condition, i.e. waste should be disposed of and the apartment tidy. Otherwise, will be charged an additional fee.
The number and name of guests
The lessee should specify the exact number of guests in the booking.
Only those people who indicated at booking can stay in the apartments, if not early alternative was concluded to the contract owner.
The number of guests should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except infants under the age of two years.
Pets are not allowed without prior permission.
In the case that the lessee does not fulfill any of the above conditions, the Owner reserves the right to ask to leave the apartment, then the tenant may not demand the return of any compensation.
Loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. Guests should be informed about the fact that, in the case of complaints from neighbors to the police about a loud party or music, You will have to leave the apartment immediately, regardless of time of day. Please respect the tranquility of neighbours between 22:00 and 10:00. We would appreciate Your full understanding and cooperation in this matter and hope you understand how important this is, as the apartment is located in a residential building with ordinary people who need to get up early for work. We respect the quiet time of evening and night.
On the day of moving in, the tenant signs the act of acceptance of the keys agreement with the owner, and agrees to act responsibly on behalf of his party and himself. If the tenant or any of his party behaves in an impure manner, the Owner reserves the right to ask all guests to leave the apartment. In addition, since then, the tenant is not entitled to compensation (apartment rental and security Deposit).
It is important to remember! When booking apartments You automatically accept our terms and conditions and rules and agree to abide by them. On the day of check-in we will ask you to sign this clause in Your contract.
The owners are not liable for any material damage incurred to the guest. And, in case of loss of personal property, in the event of civil unrest and riots, fire, flood or the result of criminal activity.
In the case that the lessee does not fulfill the aforementioned conditions and regulations, the Owner reserves the right to ask him to leave the apartment without returning any compensation.
