Before starting the visit of my modern apartment, I would like to ensure you are aware of the following important information:
1. Check-in finishes at 21:00 , it's possible to arrnge check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 midnight by paying €40 to the person who you will meet at the apartment.
2. I would like to inform you that the property currently does not have air conditioning due to a temporary issue.
Now, let me guide you through the unique features of my apartment:
CORRIDOR: You will access your new Roman home through a corridor with comfortable hangers for your jackets. From this space, you can access all the other rooms in the house.
BEDROOM ONE: The first bedroom is to the right of the entrance. It has an ensuite bathroom and windows overlooking Via Tirso, the street where our house is located.
BATHROOM ONE: The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, WC. Both hot and cold water are available.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: On the opposite side of the entrance is the kitchen with a luxurious dining table, and through an archway, there is a living room with a sofa bed.
BATHROOM TWO: After the living room, there is a small corridor with the second bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, WC and bidet. Both hot and cold water are available.
BEDROOM TWO: From the corridor, you will also be able to access the second bedroom, which has a bed and a large wardrobe.

As my guests, you will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa-bed and kitchen. Additionally, you will have access to:

1. Check-in finishes at 21:00 , it's possible to arrnge check-in from 21:00 to midnight by paying €25 to the person who you will meet at the apartment. Later than midnight late check in fee will be €40,00.
2. As per Italian laws, you will be required to show your passport at arrival. It must be registered with the local authorities.
3. the owner is a private individual with a license to rent for touristic purposes. Upon request, he must issue a receipt to an individual person for the amount of the nights. Airbnb will invoice its fee to the account holder including the city tax.
4. ATTENTION: We are currently arranging repairs for the air conditioning due to an unexpected breakdown. The air conditioning is not working.
