Just leave the appartement as you received it. Smoking on the balcony only. The property contains 60 units, please show special consideration in the late evening hours around midnight and in the early morning in order to not disturb the other residents. Especially regarding the windows facing the chestnut tree, which should be closed if loud music is played.
