There is an outdoor dining table and 6 metal chairs outside the main door, and a charcoal BBQ.
The salt water swimming pool, poolhouse and garden down to the river is available to use.Their are two wooden recliners and three pool easy chairs.

Parking is private beside the main house and down a 150m track from the main road.
