Apartment: Luxury two-room loft on 8th and 9th floors of a new building with balcony (65 sq. meters+5 sq. meters balcony). Very quiet (rear facing), full of sunlight and open view.
Downstairs you will find an open and complete kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed (for two people), a full-equipped guest bathroom and two spacious cupboards. You will also find the balcony with an open view.
On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, dressing room, and separate work area close to the window.
Decoration made by an interior architect.
Furniture: Cold & Warm air conditioning, Gas Oven, Microwave, Heating, Iron, Toaster, Coffee machine (Italian), LED TV (Smart TV), safe.
Amenities: The building has a terrace on the top floor with two “parrillas” (BBQ), a solarium with deck chairs and two showers, and an indoor common use area. If you want to use the "parrillas" and/or the indoor common use area, let me know and I will explain to you how to make the booking and pay it (very easy, booking cost more or less 100 pesos).
Neighborhood: Just a few blocks from Santa Fe Av. and two blocks from Palermo University.
Very close to all the shops, banks, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Right on the boundary of Palermo and Recoleta. The neighborhood is hip, gay friendly and safe. Buses and subway only a few blocks away. Perfectly situated to explore the city.
Services: Wi-Fi High Speed; Telephone; and Gas.
Full service laundry close to the apartment not included in the flat rental price but it is very cheap. You have several laundry services near the apartment. It is very common in Buenos Aires.
The building has night security and 24-hour security during the weekend; superintendent/caretaker.
Some more details: This loft has three different areas giving you three independent areas.
Also, the fact to have two full-equipped bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs) is very comfortable in case you have some guests.
I will give you any tips you should need to spend an excellent journey in Buenos Aires!
Please take off your shoes at the front door!
Just so you now I only have two reviews so far since I rented the loft for long terms and mostly through a real estate agency (I rented it through AirBnb only twice).
Please take off your shoes at the front door not to dirty floors and carpets! Thanks
I pretty much do not have to say anything... The house is yours. Just take care of the place since it is the place where I live all year long... Please do not set fire to the flat! Do not organize crazy parties either.
And be careful with the stairs...
I am French and I lived for two years in Barcelona and almost seven years in Buenos Aires. I am currently living in Paris -from July 2014- that is why I rent my flat in Buenos Aires.
Hope to meet you here on AirBnb!
