MEET AND GREET SERVICE
This apartment is privately owned and let by Corporate Boardies who are local residents and licenced offsite real estate agents. It is not connected with any of the Onsite Managers in any way, shape or form.
We meet and greet all our guests that book with us directly at the front entrance of the property, show you your holiday apartment, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.
You wont have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents as we go to you. Onsite reception desks are not available for guests booking with us, however if you need any assistance during your stay, we are only a phone call away.
Our own Corporate Boardies team of housekeepers keep each property immaculate. Again housekeeping is separate from the Onsite operators and all consumables, linen and towels are provided by our company.
As we are registered real estate agents, you can be sure that your money is safe, as all deposit monies are held in trust.
CHECK IN / OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW time) on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.
Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival an estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the resort/or property to show them to their apartment/home. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 6pm (NSW Daylight saving time).
Corporate Boardies are located centrally in Kingscliff, a short 5 minute drive from Salt Village. We are available 7 days a week via phone and email so we are only a phone call away. Once we personally hand you the keys we leave you to settle in and unwind so you won't see us until you arrive again next time.
