Upon entering our fully detached 3 bedroom villa you will notice how very spacious and modern it is. The open plan design is light and airy and has a distinct homely atmosphere. On the ground floor level you have a large open plan living room with an open fireplace feature, two cream leather sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a games console with selection of games.
Just off the lounge area is a guest cloakroom with toilet, hand basin and a useful storage unit.
Through the living room you have a nice dining area with a large dining table plus 6 comfortable back leather dining chairs, this connects to the kitchen where you have a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and utensils for your self catering stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and of course a microwave for your convenience. Black granite work tops and stainless steel appliances give a luxurious feel.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, blackout blinds at the window and access to verandas.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a very good size room with an ensuite bathroom; toilet, hand basin and shower cubicle.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room.
Patio doors are located at either end of the lounge giving easy access onto the big patios that this villa boasts, the rear patio has an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs with an umbrella so you'll have some much needed shade during those hotter days. The front patio has another smaller glass table with 4 chairs, lovely for enjoying your coffee and breakfast under the pergola.
In the garden you have 6 sunbeds and no doubt the best and perhaps the most loved feature of this villa... the large private swimming pool which is exclusively for your use. The garden has some small plants and shrubs running around the perimeter, you have private gated off road parking located on one side of the villa, the entire property is gated and secure so perfect for families and children.
The top of the garden is fitted with a nice green area of artificial grass and makes an ideal sunbathing area with room for all the sunbeds and space for children to run and play in safety.
The bbq is also housed here, it is of traditional Cypriot design and requires a bag of charcoal, very easy to use, cooking on the grill gives you that gorgeous authentic char-grilled flavour, a lot of our Cypriot cuisine is cooked this way.
Talking of food, our little island is home to some stunning Mediterranean dishes, plenty of local fresh fish and you must sample the little tasters of all the true Cypriot recipes which are on offer in the form of a 'meze' at all the local the tavernas have their own little twist but if you're a bit of a foodie you're sure to enjoy the fresh salads and amazing local fruits and vegetables.
Guests have access to the entire property, the swimming pool in the garden and the off road parking located to the side of the villa.
We personally meet and greet all our guests upon arrival and can easily be reached by phone for any queries during your stay.
