I have been living here on the Isle of Skye now for 13 years after moving from central Scotland. After spending a weeks holiday on Skye I fell in love with the place so much that we moved here the following year. I always knew I was destined to have my own business and after helping out in a few B&B's and moving to a larger house in a perfect location it seemed the right time to do it and now I am able to follow my dream.
I am half Portugese, my mother coming originally from the beautiful island of Madeira, I have visited a few times but I am very proud of my own country and love people to come here and see how beautiful it is, especially the Highlands and Skye of course.
I am a passionate crafter, I make jewellery, crochet and knit and started selling things to my guests due to having some of my items on display in the B & B. In 2015, I expanded into my workshop/cabin in the back garden and we have turned it into a shop where you can also purchase a few other local crafts. Come in for a look if your staying.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing my knowledge of our beautiful island.
