Information for handicapped - disabled guests: from the front of the house, there are stairs (approx. 6 steps) up to the main floor. The large, walk in shower is on the main floor and all bedrooms are downstairs (approx. 13 steps). Two of the three bedrooms downstairs have private entry, ground level access to the rear garden.

Check-in directly at our home after 4:00 PM and check-out directly from our home is before 11:00 AM. Written permission must be requested and obtained in writing (in advance of above check in and check out times) from owner, or local property manager only - for early check-in and/or late check-out. Unapproved late check-outs will result in min. $100 - $250 being deducted from the security deposit.
Our property management company handles concierge services during business hours, and after hours emergency service. They are located in the town of Bodega Bay. Their contact Information is located in the home and will also be provided once a reservation is confirmed.
The owners are available by phone (preferred) or email too.

Minimum nights: 2 - 3 (except these holiday periods - Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years - when minimum is 4 nights); June 15 - August 15 minimum 2 - 7 nights.

By accepting all house and BHHA rules, you agree to all terms and conditions herein.
This is not a home for parties/hosting events/wedding ceremonies-receptions, etc. No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas. Primary renter must be minimum 25 years old. For meetings, and/or any activity that brings extra guests to the house, there are additional use fees and security deposits based on the size and type of activity. Specific written permission must be requested from owners and obtained in writing from owners prior to activity. This is a private home in a pristine, oceanside community - quiet and respectful behavior is required. Locked cabinets - cupboards - closets are not to be opened. Entertainment system wiring is not to be tampered with in any way. At least USD 100 will be deducted from the security deposit for each infraction of house rules. Additional cleaning fees will be deducted from security deposit if property is not left in reasonable condition upon check-out. Additional house rules are contained in the guest handbook in our home, which must be read by each guest.
Security deposit: You hereby authorize owner and/or owner's agent/s to charge against your payment method (credit card or other) provided, for all charges associated with any excess cleaning of home and/or spa, plumbing stoppages, lost keys and garage remotes, damage to the property, or its contents; fines by BHHA for HOA rules infractions; international telephone; cable TV; internet - purchases. If the property does not experience any of the above, no charge will be made for same. Security deposits will be 100% refunded if no issues are found.
We love the outdoors - especially relatively pristine and quiet, natural environments with wildlife. We love cosmopolitan cities as well and we are fortunate to have a Victorian home in San Francisco in addition to our ocean view home on the Pacific Coast at Bodega Bay.
