The modern bathroom has a generously sized shower stocked with Thankyou body wash and Australian-made, earth friendly Sukin shampoo and conditioner. You’ll find Thankyou hand soap, a hair dryer and Who Gives A Crap toilet paper provided for your convenience.
There is a coin operated, communal washing machine and dryer available in just outside the apartment. This is shared by a small group of residents. Earth Choice laundry liquid is available for you to use, so you can catch up on your laundry before you head home.
A set of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.
No shared amenities, the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.

EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS
Check-in time is strictly from 2pm and check-out is no later than 10am. The reason for the strictness is that this is a popular property and it is often fully booked. However, if the property does become available before 2pm we will notify you on the day of your arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to store luggage before or after your check-in or check-out, but there are a number of options in the CBD at Southern Cross Station, Flinders Street Station, Crown Casino, or via ‘The Bag Drop’ on Russell Street.
We know this beautiful listings looks like it might be a good party destination, but we are under STRICT INSTRUCTIONS from the owner of this property to stop this from occurring.
We have a close relationship with the neighbours, who get in touch with us immediately if there is any evidence of gatherings over the maximum guests (as per the listing description) after 10pm.
This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
