Hello, I was working as a teacher at vocational traffic-engineering shool for 22 two years. Before that I worked as a journalist in a local newspapers. I'm freshly retired now and mostly I take care of my four grand children and enjoy looking at them and watch them growing. I live in Šibenik, an old historic town near the sea in fact the oldest Croatian town ,with my husband. I have three grown up children, two sons and a daughter, who left our home after graduated, and since then I started renting my house and our weekend house on the sea. It became my hobby as I like meeting people from all over the world. I speak English and Italian, and my husband speaks French and a little German, so we can welcome our guests in their languages.
Based on my guests' reviews I was chosen by Airbnb team to tell my story as a host. Last June Airbnb made an amazing video about me, my family, my town and Croatia. If you would like to see Airbnb's video about me, please go to Youtube and search for : "Rada Airbnb Host Stories"
Take a look and enjoy !
My husband and I save the money for traveling which we like the best, especially skiing in Italy, where we come back every winter. We also enjoy taking long walks along the sea side, that I warmly recommend you to do.
We live near the two National Parks, Kornati and Krka, which are, next to seaside scenery, the most beautiful places you can visit in our region.
