In the heart of Tel-Aviv, the bottom floor of a renovated Bauhaus building. Large garden. Private entrance. Four minutes walk to beach or central market and convenient public transport to anywhere else. Completely equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Particularly well suited for a family.
There's also a piano.
The building -built 1933 - is part of the UNESCO World Heritage "White City". It thus has high ceilings and many original Bauhaus details.
The interior was completely re-done a few years ago. Two generous bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms, a study (can sleep there too), and a very very big living room/kitchen.
all told - 150 sqm. The exterior was renovated 8 years ago.
All in all it's a rare find in Tel-Aviv.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment: large and comfortable kitchen, large garden, outdoor hot/cold shower (for washing after the beach), state of the art air-conditioning, library, WiFi, washer/drier, dishwasher, piano, and more.
Use of bicycles is negotiable.
This is our apartment. We rent it out every summer while we go on our vacation. There will be a responsible contact person in Israel to handle any problems.
The garden's great. Always some shady spot. Pomegranate and Lemon trees. Herbs and flowers.
There's an outdoor hot shower so you don't track sand all over the house when you come back from the beach.
No smoking in the house please. OK to smoke in the garden.
No pets in the house please (except fish or hampsters). Also OK in the garden.
No smashing things or burning down the house.
We're a Tel Aviv family. I'm an artist, Sharon's is the executive director of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel. Our daughters are 8 and 10 years old. We've successfully rented out the house every summer for the past six years (not all through AirBNB) - to finance our summer vacation travel.
