Far away from the crowd, waking to the bird song, set among the bush of the Sunshine Coast. Our studio is self contained with an outdoor kitchenette and bathroom.
Driving only 12 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the shops, 5 minutes to the Maroochy River or Nambours' shops, it is the ideal place to get away and relax.
Your hosts are just on the other side of the garden, ready to welcome you and provide a basic breakfast and information to make your stay what you want it to be.
Studio bushland retreat; 7 min to Nambour and 12 min to Maroochydore beach. Peaceful retreat with beautiful outlook in the middle of the Sunshine Coast.
Kitchen has fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee making, electric skillet frypan, microwave, cutlery, glassware and crockery.
We have books and games in the room.
Guests will have use of the self contained Garden Studio situated down 50m dirt track. Hosts live in neighbouring house on the same property. Parking for 1 car and trailer / boat available.
There are a couple of small steps into the studio.
This is a bush setting and the studio is insect proof. However, it is advisable to use insect protection on the deck area (provided).
The studio is big, so if it rains you will enjoy being inside with a book (we have a bookcase and TV with DVD player there for you too).
We are on tank water- the kitchen tap has a final filter and the water is good to drink.
Tank water and an eco waste system mean no harsh chemicals that are common in cities. I clean thoroughly using minimal chemicals to conserve our environment.
Please do not use any chemical sprays other than insect protection.
- We'd love to share the beauty of nature.

- Self catering, we provide tea, coffee and milk (long life) and a little muesli to get you by.
- Please keep noise down after 10 PM.
- You are far enough away to enjoy TV / Radio / Movies in the studio at normal volume whenever you choose.
- Wi-Fi available
- We are on tank water, please conserve and appreciate the stored and filtered rain water.
- Please avoid using chemical deodorant sprays
We'd love to help when needed and give directions and suggestions on things to do.
