Our modern townhouse with a sheltered north-facing deck opens directly onto the lakefront reserve. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, one with balcony, water views and en-suite, a second bathroom, and an open plan kitchen and living room opening through sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the water to Paynesville.
Cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket are close by in Paynesville and a movie cinema 20 minutes drive away in nearby Bairnsdale.

Long weekends are usually subject to a three night minimum booking.
Access to the Island is via car ferry from Paynesville. The ferry leaves every 20 minutes and the trip takes about 5 minutes. Pedestrians and bicycles are free and there is a charge for cars and motorbikes.
If required mid-stay cleaning and linen change can be arranged. Cleaning is charged at $30 per hour and linen at $42 per room. Usually at least 24 hours notice is required.
Occupancy is limited to seven people, excluding infants.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, nor on the upstairs balcony.
Please confine parking to the carport and the the apron in front of the middle garage.
Please be alert to your neighbours and moderate noise accordingly.
Garbage night is Tuesday night for collection Wednesday.
