What a spectacular location! 'Casa Selva Caribe' is a modern, luxury 3 bedroom villa set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, within the Playamar development. The private and tranquil patio leads out to the views of nature - between the villa and the golf course is only trees and plants! The front of the villa is just steps from the large shared pool and the famous Xaman-Ha bird sanctuary which is adjacent to the pool and just a few metres from the villa. Numerous tropical birds visit the pool area and with luck you may even spot a toucan while you swim.
Casa Selva Caribe is surrounded by the views of nature in a beautiful and tranquil setting, but it is still close to everything - just a few minutes walk through a small park to the beach, or a similar distance to the 5th Avenue restaurants. Few villas are so fortunate!
The villa is to the north of Playacar, close to the Playa del Carmen entrance. Set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, this large three bedroom villa sleeps 8 and was built in 2007.
Relax on the secluded patio or the upstairs terrace and listen to the natural sounds of tropical birds. The upstairs terrace has some great sunsets over the trees. From the jacuzzi / bath you can look out over the tree tops.
We have owned Casa Selva Caribe since it was built.
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each en suite. From the front door, you are steps from the large swimming pool, whilst at the rear is the secluded and tranquil terrace. The large lounge has spectacular jungle views from full length windows which lead out to the patio.
The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and also a private terrace with more great views over the trees. You can sit in the jacuzzi with the open window and enjoy views of the jungle and listen to tropical bird song, or relax on the terrace and watch the tropical birds fly by. There is a walk -in closet, king size bed and sofa.
The second bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and two double, or matrimonial beds. It looks over the fabulous swimming pool at the front.
The large lounge enjoys great views to the patio and jungle from full length windows.
42" Plasma screen Smart TV. Multi region DVD. Modern dining area has a view to the patio and jungle. The third bedroom has a queen bed and enjoys views of the jungle through full length windows. The third bathroom/shower is adjacent.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and there is an adjacent laundry room.
The patio has a Weber gas grill and is well stocked with furniture for outside dining.
Every room has ceiling fans and air conditioning, although the generous high ceilings give a luxurious and cool feel even on the hot days.
Throughout the villa, the modern stylish Italian and Mexican furnishings compliment the house style.
The villa is managed by professional agents who are located nearby and will be pleased to assist you. They will meet and greet you shortly after your arrival at the villa. Mid-week maid service is included and other services such as airport transfer and tours can be arranged. A local cell phone is provided for your convenience. There is a detailed welcome book with local information in the villa.
Due to the great location, a rental car is not necessary although having one will give you much more flexibility to explore all the great attractions nearby. There is easy allocated parking.
WiFi Internet access is available free of charge for guests

2. The maximum occupancy is the number of people quoted on the invoice/quotation. Additional guests may be possible by agreement, but the absolute maximum number permitted is 8
3. Rental includes weekly maid service.

5. Balance due 30 days before arrival.
6. Tenants are responsible for leaving the property as found and for any damages beyond normal use. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused(URL HIDDEN) Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days of check-out providing there are no issues.
7. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the property.
8. No additional overnight guests. Contract will be null and void and you will be asked to leave.
9. Water and electricity are the two most valuable commodities and are expensive in Mexico(URL HIDDEN)Please conserve both. Please shut off air conditioners when not using the bedrooms and when leaving the premises. Rental includes 250KW/week electricity which covers all but the heaviest use of air conditioners. Consumption over that rate will be charged at cost.
10. Involvement in any illegal activity such as possession or sale of illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction without refund.
11. Rowdy or boisterous behaviour will not be tolerated.
12. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to the tenants or their guests.
13. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all tenants are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or others whom they invite to use the premises. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.
14. Tenants shall comply with any Community Regulations.
15. To ensure a safe trip, lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.
