Our spacious apartment is situated in a centrally located residential area. It is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and comfortably sleeps five people.

We have 2 generous double bedroom with en suites and large cupboards, reading room, plus large living room which has a single bed.
The apartment also has a private patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ.

The Orchard Brae area of Edinburgh is a residential area situated very close to the city centre, it is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from Princess Street. You can also walk to the lovely cafes and restaurants in Stockbridge in about 10 minutes. Some of the places to visit there are The Raeburn, Scran and Scallie, Hamiltons (with live music Sunday nights), and Maxi's.

You could also go for a picturesque walk through the Dean Village and along the water of Leith. The Gallery of Modern Art is less than a 10 minute walk from the flat and the Haymarket Station ( most trains to and from Waverley Station stop here) is a 5 minute taxi journey away (approx £7.00) or a 25 minute walk.
