The towels and the bedclothes are already present in the apartment .

The apartment has been recently restructured in regard to the original architecture and keeping the old furniture already present .
In the living room there is a pair of oil paintings on canvas of the 700's first portray of Carlo V and the second of a grandfather of the family owner of the residence.
Pair of carved, painted and golden mulberries made in Venice in the 18th century, resting on a small nineteenth-century dresser.
Between the two windows a large picture depicting Santa Barbara, protectors among others of the Architects, canvas oil of the eighteenth century above an elegant round table of the beginning of the nineteenth century accompanied by a couple of cotemporary chairs.
A large eighteenth-century wrought iron treasure chest separates the lounge from the dining area.
The dining room recalls the empire style with a rich bohemian crystal chandelier.
A large original mirror and antique 18th century prints depicting battle scenes and merchants are present in the corridor and junior suite.
Prints by Bartolomeo Pinelli (Rome, Novemb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) - Rome, April 1st, 1835) depicting moments of Greek and Roman history (they are also found in the corridor).
An old oval brass mirror of the second half of the nineteenth century resting on a small smoking table that is used as toilet.
An 18th century desk accompanied by antique oil lamps.
An ancient nineteenth-century wardrobe “round off” as storeroom.
A toilet and bedside table in inlaid wood from the end of the 19th century.
A wall-lamp in wood and wrought iron present also in the corridors.
The pavement, dating back to the 1800's, is a typical Venetian terrace made by skilled craftsmen .
The apartment is very quiet and silent, almost entirely overlooking the canal, and is alongside the Palazzo Grimani (Campo Santa Maria Formosa), Renaissance jewel .
It is 5 minutes away, 300m, on foot from the most important attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the famous Rialto Bridge, with its characteristic fruit and fish market.
At 50m distance there is Campo Santa Maria Formosa, where there is the supermarket, bars and restaurants, etc
The guests will have the exclusive use of the apartment
