This unique home, not even 1 mile from Coachman Park, the Flag, Morton Plant Hospital, Lifeworks Wellness Center, Clearwater Beach Ferry and the Clearwater Country Club Golf Course embodies the quality, craftsmanship, personality and divine detail that were the pride and joy of residences of its era. Set on a large wooded lot and nestled among other historic homes, our Hansel & Gretel Florida Cottage is the perfect vacation retreat!

Though we’ve updated the home with new tile, granite counters, appliances, decking and even a private patio with grill for each unit, we’ve maintained a number of the unique vintage touches that we fell in love with throughout the home: natural woodwork, cypress paneling, pine floors, exposed brick chimney (on the first floor), clawfoot tub (top unit and functions as shower only), old turned posts and railings, rustic deck & sweeping stairs, one-of-a-kind doors with leaded stained glass & multi-paned windows, crystal doorknobs, glass front cabinets, showy antique fixtures, and more!

All of these historic details make the home quite charming but please don't worry both units of the home have WIFI, cable and A/C (also a shared utility room with new washer/dryer)!

This home is divided into two unique and private apartments. The bottom floor unit shown here has access from the front and back bottom patio. You will share the back yard and driveway with any guest who should be in the top unit. Also you share the utility room with new washer/dryer which is accessed on the back patio.

As we do not live at the unit you will not interact with us unless you seek us out :) Our office hours are M-F 9am-5pm and you can call, email or stop by. Should an emergency occur after hours, each unit has an emergency contact # and appliance manuals.

Drew Street is a main road but not one that is so busy that the noise is too much. You can talk on the front patio without yelling.

Please be courteous of noise after 10pm.
Our rental periods begin and end on a Saturday. The monthly rate is for 4 consecutive weeks/28days (starting and ending on a Saturday).

We require the following for ALL rentals regardless of the booking source:

1. Signed Rental Agreement. You will need to provide the following information to Host to prepare your rental Agreement:
~Legal names of all occupants,
~Home/Physical address,
~Phone/contact number for all occupants
~Personal email addresses.
~Above information must be provided within 12 hours of a confirmed booking.

Once we receive the above information, we will prepare the rental agreement and email it to you along with our Credit Card Information Form to be completed.

2. The signed rental agreement and credit card form must be scanned to PDF and emailed back to our office by 12 noon the next business day after receipt along with the following:
~Completed Credit Card Form on File with our office.
~Clear Copy of Driver Licenses of all adult occupants.
~Clear Copy of Passports for all occupants. (Non-US citizens only).
~Copy of Vehicle Registration.
~For guests with rental cars: A Copy of Vehicle Registration for rental cars is due in the office within 24 hours of check-in.
~For properties requiring application and approval by the HOA Board, all required HOA Application forms must be returned with the rental agreement (Bardmoor & Indian Springs Colony Property).

~For guests with pets: Our Pet Policy provides spayed/neutered dogs and cats up to 25 pounds with the following:
~There is a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
~Pet Addendum to our rental agreement and
~Certificate(s) of Health from a licensed Veterinarian with pet name, breed, age, weight (not to exceed 25 pounds) and current rabies and other vaccines, spayed /neutered and cats must be declawed.


IMPORTANT - Reservations are not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the signed rental agreement and all requested documentation has been received by Host.


No Smoking, No Vapor Cigarettes, No Cigars
This Is A Smoke Free Unit: Tenant agrees there shall be NO SMOKING/VAPORING inside the premises and a premium/penalty of $1000.00 will be charged for any smoking/smoke/vapor/e-cigarette odor in the unit. (Smoking is permitted outside and away from the building so as not to affect the air quality of any other unit or tenant in the building.)

By booking a reservation you agree to all of the above requirements.

It was a nice little 1920's vintage home on a busy street. I stayed almost a month and a half, and was happy with everything. It is a short bike ride from the Pinnellas trail if you life biking. Depending on traffic it is about fifteen minutes to Clearwater Beach. The owners were great.
