I knew what I was signing up for when staying here because I read all the reviews and knew in advance that it was dirty and going to be full. It was cool in the living room and ac was nice, but it was so hot in the upstairs part. The bathroom and kitchen were the only parts that I was so grossed out about. Clearly no one who stays there is going to clean and whatnot because when staying in an airbnb, thats not their responsibility. So it would be nice if the host hired someone or came in herselff to clean once a day or something. It was disgusting. But I knew it was the cheapest thing I'd find and I met so many awesome people from around the world and was grateful for the friendships! Another thing is if you're a safety skeptic I wouldn't stay there. Many people i met in dc told me it's the worst part of town and trust me, it was rough. There were quite a few times I felt my safety was jeopardized.
This woman Tremeshia will accommodate you, above and beyond. There is no reason you should give her any problems, and why you should perceive she's simply not working for your best interest. Good businesswoman through and through. Simply be right for the boundaries set, and your stay will be 100% perfect.
For a low price of accommodation, it is definitely my choice. The bed is clean and I was given both face towel and body towel. There is also shared kitchen and bathroom that I can use. But the fact is that the house is shared by quite a number of people, and is relatively far away from downtown and national mall.
