The master bedroom of our home is warm and bright and looks out onto a lush backyard in the summertime. You can wake up to the sunshine or use the black out drapes to help you sleep in. The bed is super comfy!
Our sweet little home is a four bedroom with three current full time tenants. The owners (myself and my husband), travel a lot so we have this bedroom available often. Our other permanent resident is a woman in her mid-30s. The house has a cat (Vonnegut) and a dog (Bigby). The dog travels with us when we go.
The backyard is the best part. We have a little back step and a firepit down in the yard. It's perfect for drinking coffee on in the morning or soaking up some sun in the afternoon.
We've got a driveway and tons of free street parking. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to important bus routes, or the highway if you want to get out of town.
There is one locked room - the recording studio used for our little podcasting adventures (Sickboy Podcast + Turn Me On Podcast)
Other than that, and the upstairs bedrooms, the space is yours to make yourself comfortable in.
Fairview cemetery is around the corner. May sound like a weird attracted but it's a large and lovely cemetery and is home to grave sites of many who lost their lives on the Titanic.
Parking is free on the street. Bus routes (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (Windsor Street), 80, 81 (Bayer's Road), 9 (Connaught) are all within walking distance.
I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and I have a degree from Ryerson University in Fine Arts from the theatre school. I am from Prince Edward Island and my home base is currently in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband, dog and two cats. I love traveling and have traveled in Canada, US, Ireland, England, Barbados, Brazil, Nicaragua and Thailand. My husband, my dog and I are living in Charlottetown, PE for the summer (2016) and looking to get some sweet tenants in our home.
