Number 5 is a large terraced house offering spacious accommodation with a bright kitchen, large sitting room and three bedrooms. Outside is a good sized private garden giving direct access onto miles of surrounding trails.
Number five will provide a home from home feel! You will feel so relaxed!
Number five is located mid CORNWALL so very easy to reach any part of Cornwall!! Come and stay in a large attractive Victorian terraced house which we have restored whilst retaining many of the original features - a cast iron fireplace with slate over mantel, original tiled floor in the hallway and tall ceilings but with a bright Kitchen offering space and equipment for easy holiday catering.
There is a large sitting/living room with open fire, space for children to play, the bright, airy kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer, three bedrooms and bathroom. Outside is a garden and raised decking area -From the garden there is direct access onto miles of surrounding trails leading to St. Austell, the Eden Project, the south coast at Pentewan and further afield.
Our house offers an excellent centre for exploring Cornwall, being midway through the County and close to the South coast yet only a short drive to the North coast with its superb surfing beaches.
Water sports are plentiful: surfing, swimming, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, - lots of opportunities to learn a new skill.
The wonderful gardens of Cornwall are all close and ready to explore: the Eden Project - you can walk, cycle or drive to here, Heligan Gardens, Trebah Gardens to name just a few.
Cornwall is also so beautiful during the winter months- walking on the beaches is a real pleasure.
The whole of the house, parking for a car (or two small cars) and the garden and decking area is a perfect place to relax.
If you need any help or have any problems i ask you to email or telephone. This is your holiday so I will not be bothering you during your stay but you know you can contact me at any time if you have any questions.
Number 5 is a terraced house of 8 houses and is situated on a road in Trethowel leading into St Austell town centre.
I hope you enjoy your stay, and relax and explore some parts of Cornwall. Please respect we have neighbours so no loud music or noise after 9.30pm
