The room is very spacey, with a real and comfortable bed (double good mattress) well heated and with a nice view to the inner garden. There's a WC just for you, and a shared (only with me) bathroom for your showers. You can take breakfast at any time. Also you can use the kitchen to cook easy things (please keep clean!). Check-in and check-out are very flexible within normal parameters, just let me know your needs. If you have any question you can simply send me a message.
Whole apartment, except my room, accessible 24hours. Shared bathroom only accessible for normal showers.
This is my apartment, I live alone and am almost the whole day out. I respect very much other's privacy and expect the same in return.
I enjoy being with people and am self a very flexible and easygoing.
Smoking: the apartment is definitely smoking free, but I don't have any problem at all if you want to smoke in the balcony.
You can wash - under agreement - your clothes in my washing machine, but please remember that I don't have a drying machine. Usually things get dry over the night in the hanger, but not all of them...
Please note that I haven't added cleaning fees. In return I expect my guests to respect the integrity, property and cleanness of my house.
No loud noise between 10pm-7am.
No visitors in the apartment.
I'm a quiet and easy going guy living in Basel, Switzerland, and use to travel quite often and lodge in B&B because I find the experience much nicer than regular cold hotels :)
I work in the information technology industry, and in my free time I like to hang on with friends, go to walk by the river or dedicate time to my hobbies (piano, travel and languages). I really enjoy meeting people from around the world as far as mutual respect and human respect are observed.
