-To open the front door please use lock box code (given upon receipt of final rent). When finished with the key please place it back in lock box.
-Garage Code: press (given upon receipt of final rent) and then press “enter"
-This is a NON SMOKING house; smoking permitted outside only! If you do smoke please always throw away your cigarettes and do not leave them on the property
-PETS: We have a strict no pet policy in our home unless previously discussed and accounted for in additional security deposit! Please do not disregard this policy, as it will result in the loss of your deposit.)
CHECKOUT PROCEDURE/ Rules:
This cabin is privately owned and well loved. We do not expect you to clean the cabin before you leave, but please do leave it as neat and undamaged as you would hope someone would leave yours.
1.Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it prior to leaving the cabin. (Dish soap is provided)
2.Pull comforter/quilt back on all beds that have been used so we are aware that the linens need to be serviced. Also strip the bedding you used and place it at the foot of the bed so that it can be laundered.
3.Place all used towels, washcloths and kitchen linens in the bathroom on the laundry room level. (No wet towels on the floors, please.)
4.Please return all game and puzzle pieces to their proper boxes and return them to their proper location in the living room under the TV stand
5.Please remove personal food from the refrigerator and wipe down any dirty or sticky shelves. If you are unable to take the food with you, you may leave it for the cleaning staff. They have families in the Valley who they help and support.
6.Please make certain that your GARBAGE IS WRAPPED AND SECURED TIGHTLY IN GARBAGE BAGS AND PLACED IN THE GARBAGE BINS PROVIDED IN THE GARAGE WITH THE LID SECURELY FASTENED. (The garbage service will not pick up if there is loose garbage in the cans. Failure to follow these instructions, including the placement of loose garbage into the containers, will result in an additional cleaning fee.)
7.If you used the wood burning fireplace, please make sure that all ashes have been taken out and placed into the metal ash can provided. (No ashes or unburned wood in the plastic cans please - even if you think that they are cool.)
8.The owners prefer that their items not be moved. If you must move an object or piece of furniture, you must return it to its proper location before leaving the cabin.
9.Turn thermostat for heater to 55 degrees in the winter months. Please turn Blower off completely at all times when leaving.
10.Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, TV's etc…
11.Please lock all doors and windows. (Please do not leave our owner's items vulnerable to theft by leaving the cabin unsecured.)
12.It is very likely that guests will be checking in on the same day leave. To reduce confusion, please make sure that you have all of your personal items before locking the door.
13.Leave the key back in the lock box. Failure to place key back in lock box will result in a $150 re-keying fee. Dead bolt the front door. Put the garage door opener on the kitchen counter and leave through the garage door, shutting the garage door with the Key Pad code on the garage.
14. HOT TUB: Make sure all clips on cover are secured and do not change any settings. Lastly use strap to secure cover to Hot Tub and place the lock back on the strap holder. The code is 0169
