A unique space made in 1881, completely rebuilt in 2016, awarded 5-star category by the Ministry or Tourism of Croatia, and published in several design magazines, GARDIN Apartments Split is the best place to discover the city.
Lost of space, 4 meters high ceilings and beautiful views of the building's private garden, all part of the plan :)
A big living room with a dining space and a spacious kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and a nice bedroom with a bed that came from heaven :)
All spaces are air conditioned/heated and free Wi-fi and TV-Sat is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's also a washing machine.
The garden is shared with the rest of the neighbors which means you can make use of it and enjoy it.
I live between Amsterdam and Split, so luckily I'll be able to meet you and help you out with anything you might need!
The sofa bed was carefully chosen to have a bed as big as the one in the bedroom (160 x 200 cms) so 2 people can sleep very comfortably in the living room. If there are more than 4, you can rent the whole property as a whole, which includes an additional room with a toilet (ensuite), also listed in airbnb (GARDIN SPLIT: Design Suite), and which entrance is separated from the hallway.
I was born in Venezuela, lived in Croatia for 8 years and now recently moved to Amsterdam. I'm a pianist currently working on some improvisational projects and live electronics. I'm in love with traveling, art, sharing with people and growing together. I love yoga, a good coffee, insightful movies, and walks under the sun. I'm also a fan of interior design and spaces.
Through my dad I'm connected to Croatia, and Split an Dalmatia were my home for many summers. I think the future of tourism will shift from a service business itself to a personal-human exchange. Thats the part I like the most and the thing that makes any travel an opportunity to connect and learn.
I have met so many beautiful people through this years of listing, and I have received their positive energy and warmth while happily receiving them into my apartment. I'm grateful and exited for what's yet to come!
Thank you former and future friends!
